Site Work To Begin on Approved 650+ Unit Andrew Square Project
A permit for site equipment has been issued to 235 Old Colony Avenue in South Boston as site work kicks off on Washington Village. The approved project calls for 214 residential units, 20,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 58 parking spaces in the neighborhood's emerging Andrew Square area.
