Site Work Underway at 20 Boylston Street in Brookline
Site work is underway for the upcoming mixed-use building at 20 Boylston Street in Brookline Village. The project will include 4,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 16 apartments on the upper floors. A total of 36 parking spaces will be provided at 20 Boylston Street, including 12 retail spaces at grade and 24 residential spaces, including 23 in an underground garage and 1 at grade.
