Concrete Core in Place at 105 Washington St. in Somerville
The concrete core is in place for 105 Washington Street in Somerville. This project will include 7 residential units, a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes ranging in size from around 800 square feet to 1680 for a three-bedroom duplex. The project will also include a common roof deck for residents and parking for 7 cars. The Somerville site is located near Union Square and just a block from the soon-to-arrive Green Line Station.
