Marine Wharf Hotel Update 09/23/18

Site Work Underway for Marine Wharf Hotel

Site work has started along Summer Street in the Seaport District for the upcoming Marine Wharf Hotel.  The dual-branded hotel will include a 245 Hampton Inn and a 166 room Homewood Suites.  In total, the project will be around 320,000 sf and include a 75 car parking garage.  Construction is expected to last 24 months.
