Site Work Underway for Ward 7 Affordable Housing Development
MCN Build recently broke ground on the upcoming multifamily project at 3450 Eads St NE. The new building will feature 49 affordable units designed to meet PHIUS standards. The project will be one of the first PHIUS affordable housing projects in DC and will include geothermal wells, a solar array on the green roof for on-site power generation, highly efficient building systems and enhancements to building envelope.
