Sitework Begins on 62 Unit Providence Project
Sitework has begun on Parcel 6 in Providence's Fox Point neighborhood. The 195 Commission parcel will house a mixed-use, mix income development currently under construction by D+P Real Estate.
The development plan includes 62 residential units (half of which will be workforce housing), a 13,000-SF grocery store, and approximately 10,000-SF of commercial/retail space. Construction commenced in the fall of 2020. The project will include a 162-space parking garage.
