Sitework Begins on Depot II Development in Beverly
With demolition wrapped up, Erland Construction has broken ground on the Depot II development in downtown Beverly. Under development by Beverly Crossing, plans call for a 166,400-square-foot mixed-use building containing 106 residential units and 9,000 square feet of commercial/retail on the ground floor across the street from the Beverly MBTA commuter station.
