Sitework Ongoing for 200+ Unit Worcester Multifamily
Sitework is underway on SOMA in Worcester's Canal District. Located next to the Worcester Red Sox's Polar Park, the development will feature a 228-unit multifamily residential development. The Canal District redevelopment calls for a more than $240 million project to construct the ballpark, two hotels, shops and restaurant space on a vacant lot in the city's Canal District.
