Sitework Underway on 45 Jackson Road in Devens
WL French has made progress on sitework at 45 Jackson Road in Devens, with 33 Jackson Road ready for excavation. Developer King Street Properties secured more than 45 acres of property in Devens, MA with the intention of developing a biomanufacturing campus. The developer proposes a 700,000 square-foot, 5-building campus called Pathway, with the first 100,000 SF building to be constructed at 45 Jackson Rd.
