Slab Placement Underway for Mattapan Mixed-Use Project
The Construction team has placed the first 11,000 square feet of post-tensioned slab for the Loop at Mattapan Station. The upcoming mixed-use building will include 135 rental apartments, with housing options for a range of incomes, and approximately 10,000 square feet of first-floor retail space. The design will also highlight the Neponset River Greenway and create an access point for the neighborhood to this important community amenity.
