Slab Pour Underway on 142-Unit Brighton Affordable Housing Development
Marguerite Concrete has completed a first slab placement at the J.J. Carroll redevelopment in Brighton. The project will feature a 6-story mixed-use building with 142 residential units, an approximately 11,000 square foot Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Center, and ground floor "Village Center."
