Small Apartment Building Proposed for Concourse
A small, 6-story residential building has been proposed for 1701 Clay Avenue in the Concourse neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building would contain apartment units. The foot tall structure was designed by , and will total square feet if built. Tenant amenities would include a common laundry room and a recreational space on the roof. Plans also call for a mezzanine and a basement level. Currently, the lot is occupied by a 2-story home. This would be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
