Small Setback for 146-93 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard

The City Council has finished reviewing a proposal for an 8-story, mixed-use development at 146-93 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard in Springfield Gardens, Queens. Unfortunately in doing so, they saw some changes that needed to be made and sent a modified application back to the City Planning Commission (CPC). The CPC is now reviewing these changes and if they're satisfied, they'll send the application back over to the City Council. Once everyone is in agreement, it'll proceed to the NYC Mayor's Office for final approval.
