Soep Painting Continues Work on Polaroid Building Renovation/Addition
Soep Painting continues work with Consigli on MIT's renovation & addition to the Polaroid Building at 730-750 Main Street. The firm has been on the project for about two-years, painting the face of the building which was being supported during the construction of the addition. The Soep team had to work around the supports which required them to constantly reposition and not move in a smooth forward direction. Originally built in 1910, the two industrial buildings will now be transformed into 211,000 square feet of cutting-edge laboratory facilities and office space with 7,800 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
