Sold-out The Lucas condominiums in South End top off, façade finishing underway
The Lucas’ signature multi-story vertical steel addition has topped off, and installation of the building’s glass curtain wall façade is underway both along the addition and the historic church structure. Along the addition, metal deck and concrete floor slabs have been installed, and scaffolding has been erected in order to install the curtain wall. Inside The Lucas, framing of individual residences is underway. Opening this summer, The Lucas will feature 33 luxury residences, all of which are now sold.
