SOME Acquires New Construction Petworth Multifamily
SOME has acquired the new construction property, The Archie, at 4111 Kansas Ave NW for $16.3M. The building features 40 residential units, ranging in size from studios through 2 bedrooms. $11.7M in financing for the deal was provided by Amazon. SOME will be renting all units within the building to those at or below 80% of the area median income.
