Somerville Approves Boynton Yards
Leggat McCall Properties has won approval to develop the Boynton Yards project near Union Square in Somerville.
Boynton Yards will feature 6 mixed-use buildings totaling over 1.3M square feet. Plans call for approximately 984,500 SF of office, research and development, and lab enabled uses, approximately 338,000 SF of residential space (around 330 units), 42,500 SF of retail and/or restaurant space, new Civic and open space, and approximately 1,002 structured below-grade parking spaces.
