Somerville Site Acquired for $19 Million for Second Phase of USQ Development
Union Square Station Associates has acquired 50 Webster Avenue in Somerville for $19,002,947. Part of the USQ redevelopment, 50 Webster Ave will feature a 280,000 SF mixed-use life sciences building in the second phase of development.
USQ calls for 2.4 million square feet of development that will coincide with the MBTA's Green Line Extension into Union Square. Situated across 15.7-acres the project will feature a mix of uses including biotech, lab, office, residential, and retail space.
