The property at 7 Elkins Street in South Boston has been acquired by Mack Real Estate Group for $28.85 million.
The property features a 4-story 60,000 square foot light manufacturing / R&D building that was constructed in 1930. Most recently updated in 1983, the building sits on a .36-acre parcel directly across the street from the 2.1M square foot South Boston Power Plant Project that is currently under review.
