South Boston Development Receives $5.1 Million in Financing
The project at 33-39 Ward Street in South Boston has been financed via Commonwealth Equity Funding for $5.1 million.
The approved 5-story residential building will feature 14 condominiums, including 12 two-bedrooms ranging from 1,067 to 1,406 square feet and 2 three-bedrooms ranging from 1,644 to 2,104 square feet. 4 two-bedrooms and 2 three-bedrooms will have exclusive balconies. 2 condominiums will be designated affordable.
