South Boston Development Site Acquired for $3.6M
The property at 603 Dorchester Avenue in Andrew Square has been acquired for $3.6M.A 6-story mixed-use building was approved for the site in June 2018. The project would include 24 apartments along with just over 2,000 square feet of commercial space. Tom Meade of Touchstone Capital Partners tells BLDUP "We’re excited to expand Touchstone’s footprint into Southie as a project sponsor. We’ve been a lender in the market for years and look forward to our first mid-sized development here in the heart of Andrew Square."
