South Boston Innovation Campus Now Under Review
Millennium Partners has filed a project notification form for the South Boston Innovation Campus. The plans call for the demolition of the existing warehouse on-site and construction of a 10-story, approximately 381,000 square foot building including laboratory, r&d, and office. Parking for 325 vehicles is also proposed in surface lots and a below-grade garage plus a new public plaza that will extend the series of open spaces along Northern Avenue that stretches across the South Boston Waterfront from Seaport Square to the Marine Industrial Park. Per the filing, construction is expected to begin in late 2020 or early 2021 and last around 2 years.
