South Coast Improvement Company begins work on YWCA SE renovation in New Bedford, MA
On April 30, South Coast Improvement Company began construction on an addition to and renovations of the YWCA SE at 20 South Sixth Street in New Bedford, MA. The $3 million project will add 6,500 square-feet to the property, which will be used for after-school child care and supportive women’s housing programs. The project is the culmination of 16 years’ worth of planning and fundraising. The anticipated completion date is January 30th, 2019.
