South Coast Improvement completes crown jewel of Dartmouth: Hannoush Plaza
Marion, Mass.-based South Coast Improvement Company recently completed the buildout of Hannoush Plaza, a 30,000 square-foot retail center located on Route 6 in Dartmouth, MA. The crown jewel of the project is the 6,500 square-foot buildout of Hannoush Jewelers showrooms (with careful planning and staging, the jeweler was able to remain open during construction).
South Coast Improvement was also the GC on the buildout of the Plaza’s two other tenants, SouthCoast Health’s UrgentCare, a 7,500 square-foot space, and Visionworks, a 2,500 square-foot space. The UrgentCare is one of four constructed by South Coast Improvement Company for SouthCoast Health. The other UrgentCare centers are in Seekonk, Fairhaven and Lakeville, Mass.
Hannoush Plaza is owned by Hannoush Jewelers.
