South Plainfield Industrial Property Trades for $14.6M
A 9.4-acre industrial property at 800 Montrose Avenue in South Plainfield, NJ has just been acquired for $14.6 million. Previously owned by Sansone Group, it was scooped up by real estate development titan, Brookfield Properties in a deal brokered by JLL.
The land features a single-story, Class-B warehouse dating back to 1967. This building is 60,840 square feet and features 98 parking spaces.
The rest of the property is an unimproved, wooded area. This could either be used to build a second industrial building or combined with the occupied side of the lot so a larger project can be developed instead.
