St. Petersburg Industrial Park Sold for $18.5 Million
Orlando based real estate firm Susquehanna Holdings Ltd. has acquired SkyWay Industrial Park in St. Petersburg, Florida for $18.5 million according to Pinellas County records. The county records also show that Susquehanna Holdings Ltd. took out a mortgage from Bank United for $10.6 million. The industrial park contains over 233,000 square feet of industrial space in five buildings. The 12.8-acre site is located along I-275 in south St. Petersburg.
