Starbucks to Open in Malden Exchange 200
Starbucks has announced it's opening of a location at Exchange 200 this fall. The franchise's first Malden location, the Starbucks will occupy nearly 3,000 SF of retail space on the ground floor joining the 110 Grille and other retail tenants. The 4-story development features 315,000 SF of office, lab, and retail space in Malden Center.
