State of MA Leases over 100K at Downtown Office Tower
The state of Massachusetts has signed a 10-year lease for over 100,000 square feet of office space at One Federal in the heart of Downtown Boston. The state will move the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, Division of Banks, Department of Telecommunications and Cable, Division of Standards, Division of Licensing, and Division of Insurance to the building by early next year. The 38-story, 1M+ SF tower sits in close proximity to major highways, Post Office Square, South Station, and Faneuil Hall.
