Staten Island Mixed-Use Building in Public Review
A mixed-use development in the Tompkinsville neighborhood of Staten Island has entered the public review phase. The proposed 5-story building, located at 252 Victory Boulevard, is now being evaluated by the City Planning Commission and will be discussed in a public meeting on Wednesday, July 14th. If approved, the 63,629 sqft development would contain 46 residential units and 8,700 sqft. of ground-floor retail space. There would also be a 61-vehicle parking area in the basement of the structure. Victory Boulevard Realty LLC is listed as the developer for the project, and construction would complete in 2023 if given the green light.
