The Hub on Causeway Update 06/23/19

Steel Framing Rapidly Rising for Final Phase of The Hub on Causeway

Steel framing is rapidly progressing for the final phase of the Hub on Causeway, the 650,000 square feet office tower. Verizon has already committed to a lease of 440,000 square foot within the building. Elsewhere in the project interior work is ongoing for the residential tower, citizenM hotel, and the office and commercial spaces in the podium.

The citizenM hotel is expected to open in mid-September and fit-outs are also ongoing for the Star Market, what will be Boston's largest supermarket, along with the ArcLight theater with both expected to open this fall as well.

Leasing is also underway for the residential units, 440 in total, which feature Italian cabinetry with under cabinet lighting, Silestone countertops, and in-unit laundry. Residents at Hub 50 House will have access to an array of luxury amenities including a fitness center overlooking the Zakim Bridge, a game & media room, outdoor deck, Skypool, and Woof Deck. First residents are set to move in this fall, making for what are sure to be a busy couple of months for one of Boston's largest project.
