Steel Framing to Begin on The Somerset in Winthrop
A concrete elevator shaft is in place as steel framing and decking is set to begin on The Somerset in Winthrop. Plans call for 29 units with one commercial suite, two studios, 15 one-beds, and 12 two-beds. In addition to the commercial suite, there is a separate smaller office (227 SF) on the first floor that can be used as a manager/rental office.
