Steel Framing Underway for Future Sanofi Space at Cambridge Crossing
Steel framing is now underway on Parcel G at Cambridge Crossing, one of two buildings that will be home to Sanofi. The Parcel G building will feature 510,000 square feet of office and lab space offering 15' floor to floor heights along with a third-floor terrace. Next door the Parcel H building is set to include 405,000 square feet of space plus a fitness center and locker rooms for employees. Both buildings will feature garage parking and bike storage. Construction is expected to wrap up in Q3 2021.
