Sterling Bay acquired 345 North Aberdeen Street in the development-rich neighborhood of Fulton Market. The current 20,000 SF commercial/industrial building is in a highly desired area in Fulton Market. It is across the street from the Google Chicago Headquarters building. Sterling Bay has acquired multiple properties in this area and is expected to build large projects on these sites.
