Stonebridge Planning Multiple Life Science Projects in Montgomery County
Stonebridge has announced plans for two new life science development in North Besthesda & Gaithersburg, MD. The North Bethesda development, located along Old Georgetown Road would include 3 buildings totaling around 550,000 square feet of lab space. In Gaithersburg, a two-building, 250,000 square foot lab development would be located at 9713 Washingtonian Boulevard. Stonebridge expects to begin construction on the first building at the Gaithersburg site this fall.
