Structural Work Making Headway on Emblem 125 in Providence
Shawmut Design and Construction has completed the first post-tension concrete slab to support the mezzanine and second floors of Emblem 125 with construction continuing.
Exeter Property Group is constructing a mixed-use project on Parcel 28 in Providence's Innovation District that includes 248 residential units and approximately 22,700-SF of retail space. The project broke ground in October of 2020 and is expected to be complete in the summer of 2022. Project architects are Torti Gallas and ZDS.
