Structural Work Underway for 32-Story Yorkville Tower Project

General contractor, , has started concrete superstructure work for a 32-story residential tower, going up at 250 East 83rd Street in Manhattan's Yorkville neighborhood.

Developed by , the building is set to contain  rental apartments. Plans also call for  of ground-floor retail space.

Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a rooftop pool and lounge, a children's playroom, and a theatre room.

Designed by , 250 East 83rd Street will stand feet tall and total square feet upon completion. Valley Bank has provided $145 million in funding for the project and construction is expected to take until May of 2025.

The project site sits directly across the street from 300 East 83rd Street, where Lalezarian Properties is in the early stages of constructing a 22-story condo tower of similar, albeit smaller stature.
