Student housing community breaks ground in Richmond
Construction recently broke ground on a new student housing community in Richmond, VA. Parc View at Commonwealth will offer 168 units with 509 beds with 16 floors that will feature a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. The units will be offered to students that attend Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Richmond. Completion is scheduled for summer 2024.
