Submission Updated for 195-District Parcel in Providence

D+P Real Estate has modified plans for a mixed-use residential and office block in Providence's Fox Point neighborhood. The project now calls for two buildings featuring 55,000 SF of office space for a corporate headquarters as well as 95 residential units across an 8 and 11-story envelope.
