24 and 32 Spice Street were bought by Rise Development for the sum of $12,250,000.
The two properties, located near Sullivan Square in Charlestown, feature a total of 33,444 SF of space on two lots totaling 20,926 SF. The properties were sold to Rise Development by Spice Street Holdings, LLC.
