Sunrise of McLean to be Completed Next Spring
The 3-story, 90,000 sq. ft. building will feature outdoor terraces, a multi-purpose bistro, lounges, a library, a formal dining room, an activity room and a theater room.
it will also feature a “heritage garden” which will have a private section for residents and a public section open to the surrounding neighborhood.
The senior care facility will have 100 residential units for 122 people, including 61 assisted living residences and 39 memory care residences will be completed by Spring 2023.
