Superstructure Work Begins for Luxury Condo Project in Greenwich Village

General contractor,

, is now overseeing the formation of the concrete superstructure for an exclusive, 19-story condo tower, going up at 14-16 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan's Greenwich Village neighborhood.

residences, averaging nearly an entire floor each. Plans also call for 487 square feet of community facility space.

Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, with Hill West serving as the architect of record, the structure will stand

Back in December of 2022, G4 Capital Partners supplied financing for the project, issuing a $120 million construction loan.
