Swiss Developer Acquires Brickell Site
Empira Group, a swiss-based real estate developer, acquired a .53 acre lot in Brickell. Working with Revuelta Architects, Empira release plans for an 85-unit apartment building named CoralGrovel Brickell. The firm asserted that the building will be built to the highest ESG standards and will receive LEED certification.
Groundbreaking for CoralGrove Brickell is planned for the second half of 2023, with an anticipated completion in 2025.
