TA Realty Appoints Shauna Conway as Chief Information Officer

TA Realty LLC, a provider of real estate investment management services to U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors, today announced the appointment of Shauna Conway as Chief Information Officer. In this role, Conway is responsible for developing and executing a strategic technology vision leveraging innovative solutions while leading the firms’ corporate technology, cybersecurity, and data strategies. Conway is based in TA Realty’s Boston office, and her hire aligns with the firm’s commitment to invest in resources and technology that can help advance its investment strategies.

Conway joins TA Realty from real estate investment firm Beacon Capital Partners, LLC, where she served as Chief Information Officer. In this role, she was responsible for defining and supporting an efficient, secure, and resilient technology infrastructure and implementing innovative solutions that bolstered investment activity and service to tenants and investors. Prior to Beacon Capital Partners, LLC, Conway served as Vice President, Technology & Transformation Business Management & Strategy at State Street Global Advisors, where she oversaw the strategic investment of technology within the firm’s $3 trillion asset management arm. Over her nearly 20-year career, Conway also served in senior-level IT roles at Loomis Sayles, Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., and Fidelity Investments.

Conway graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She is involved with the South Shore Hospital NICU and Boston Medical Center’s NeoQIC Family Engagement Collaborative as a parent advisor.
