Tampa Mixed-Use Development Gains Approval
The plans for a mixed-use development in Tampa’s urban core have been approved by the City of Tampa. Legacy 7th Avenue will bring 236 apartment units and 4,600 square feet of retail space to Tampa’s urban core. The six-story building will be located between Ybor City and The Heights. The apartment community will offer a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments along with ground-level retail space along 7th Avenue. A parking garage will provide 453 parking spaces.
