Temporary Certificate of Occupancy Issued for Hyde Park House
The City of Tampa has issued a temporary Certificate of Occupancy for floors one through eight, excluding the fifth-floor amenity deck, at Hyde Park House. A new condominium tower rising above Tampa’s Bayshore Boulevard will offer 70 residential units. Hyde Park House, a 21-floor condominium development, will include two and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,835 square feet to 3,253 square feet and three penthouse units at approximately 5,500 square feet featuring four bedrooms, five and half bathrooms and a den. The fifth-floor amenity deck will consist of a pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, fitness center and clubroom. According to the developer, Kolter, all residential units have sold out.
