Tenant Announced for Under-Review Corporate HQ Development in Providence

has announced BankRI will move its corporate headquarters from Providence's Financial District to a new mixed-use building at Parcel 8 in the city's Fox Point neighborhood. Plans call for two buildings featuring 55,000 SF of office space for BankRI as well as 95 residential units across an 8 and 11-story envelope.
