Tenant Announced for Under-Review Lab in Seaport
has announced biotechnology firm Vertex Pharmaceuticals has agreed to fully lease 22 Drydock Avenue in Boston's Seaport. Currently under review, plans call for a 7-story, twin-building development featuring SF of lab space up from the 3rd floor and a ground-floor mixed-used conference and event space.
