Tenant Fit Out Underway at Winthrop Center in Downtown Boston
Elaine Construction has begun tenant fitouts for IR+M on the 22nd floor of Winthrop Center in downtown Boston. The upcoming 53-story tower will feature residential 321 units along with around SF of innovative, Class-A office space plus the Connector, a multi-floor public gathering space, and thruway.
