Tenleytown Development Site Acquired for $12.5M
Haven Capital has closed on the acquisition of the property at 4620 Wisconsin Ave. in Tenleytown for $12.5M with the property then ground leased back to developer Urban Investment Partners for $6,612,190. Plans for the project call for the conversion and expansion of a three-story office building into an 8 story mixed-use complex. The new building would feature 146 units and 11,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
