Terra Purchases 9.15-Acre Site Mixed-Use Lot in Pembroke Pines
Miami based developer Terra purchased the final segment of Pines City Center. The City of Pembroke Pines was selling off the land in order to facilitate its development.
Terra plans to develop the property into 120-150 units of senior housing.
